Are you living in the shadow of the cross? Are you living in the power of the cross? Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of man, not just to give us a way to escape the fires of hell. He gave His life that we might have the power to live a life pleasing to God. As we submit and obey, we should be sharing that abundant life with others! Jesus Christ came out of obedience to do His Father's will. Hebrews 10:7-18 He paid the sin debt once and for all. He is now sitting at the right hand of His Father. Hebrews 10:19-25 We have a new way of living because Jesus Christ is ever interceding to His Father on our behalf. Someday, we will bow our knee before Him. Hebrews 10:26-39 He bought me with a price. He owns the right to every part of my life. The Lord will judge His people. So...with that understanding: Am I living like I have been bought? Do I acknowledge Him in my every day choices?
We will acknowledge His ruling one day or another! The shadow of the cross of Calvary gives way to light!
