Just for Moms...
I am doing my best to focus on being thankful for all that God has given. He is in the detail of little things...and I was reminded yesterday in our Science lesson about insects and spiders. The intricate details of their design by a Master Creator.
It seems these days that satan is always working overtime. Yet God, through His Holy Spirit, is constantly pointing me to His works and His ways. I think it is interesting that the most struggle I have had these last four...five weeks...has been in the last couple days...right before and right after Easter! Please don't miss the significance of that...I didn't! I have been on high alert. Jesus' death conquered sin and His resurrection gives us hope...guess what satan doesn't want us to live in? If he can defeat God's children...he can silence them...and it starts in our hearts and minds!
Another great passage for my heart this morning...Proverbs 15. God is with us...He knows our weakness. He is watching. He is listening. He loves me. He waits for me to learn and to surrender to His words.
"Better is little with the fear of the LORD than great treasure and trouble therewith."
He gives to me exactly what I need...for the hour...for the day...for this month.
