Just for Moms...
Thankful for coronavirus lockdown blessings in the form of a little jar of strawberry freezer jam in the bottom of the the freezer.
Finding blessing in the limited responsibility of our lockdown has enabled me to do a lot of cooking and baking! I have always enjoyed that part of homemaking. These days I am determined to use what I have in the pantry, fridge, and freezer in more conscious way. Practicing the art of frugality and creativity when I open packages has been my own form of entertainment. It was fun to watch our children join in the fun yesterday...they went through our freezer unprompted (a big blessing since they are taller and don't fall into the freezer like I would). 3 sets of hands and lots of funny comments over what was found...still remembering Proverbs 17:22 today as we ate breakfast.
