Jeremiah 33:3

"Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."
We sing this song with the children in junior church.  During our revival meetings, we heard a message that both challenged and convicted my heart.
The verse doesn't say, "Worry, fret, and stew about things...and then call."
The verse doesn't say, "I will answer thee how you expect."
The verse doesn't say, "I will be quick to answer thee."
The verse says simply, "Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."
If God is omnipotent.
If God is omniscient.
If God is omnipresent.
If God never changes...then that same God that led and answered the prophet Jeremiah...is still the same today!  So why am I struggling?  Because...of a self-imposed time frame!
Psalm 27:14 "Wait on the LORD:  be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart:  wait, I say, on the LORD."
We taught this verse to our Kid's Club group.
How thick headed of an adult can I be?
