"...rightly dividing the Word of truth." II Timothy 2:15 We are working together as a family to keep a time of family devotions consistent. We purchased a wonderful tool from Positive Action to help us study and learn God's Word...beyond the basic Bible stories that we tend to only use with children. We have all been "digging deeper" together. Sometimes there are activities that we ask the kids to do on their own and then we come together to go over their answers and questions. Teddy has been challenged in his reading and has had a desire to "do it by himself" with no help from his sisters or Mom. Children can learn from God's Word...they need to be challenged and taught by Mom and Dad's example!
